The last regular season week is upon us along with the conference championship games. This will be the last regular season Paulie's picks, as I will do one for the bowls once they are announced. It is hard to believe that the regular season is over! Where did it go! Enough of that, as there are many important matchups this weekend and here is how I see them ending up.

#1 Florida vs #2 Alabama: The Gators and Crimson Tide will square off in a #1 vs #2 game for the SEC Championship game. Both teams have looked very good this season, and we could be in for a treat of a game. I am going to give the edge to Alabama in this game because Florida really hasn't faced any tough games on this schedule except LSU, and now they finally face a very good defense. The Tide win in a very low scoring game. Final Score: 14-10 Bama

#3 Texas vs #21 Nebraska: Colt McCoy and his Long Horns will face a tough Nebraska team for the Big 12 Championship game. A win for Texas and they are looking at a birth in the championship game between the winner of Alabama and Florida. Nebraska has a very good defense, but I look for McCoy and company to come up on top in a cloce game. Final Score:21-16 Texas

#5 Cincinnati vs #14 Pittsburgh: The Bearcats have an outside shot at getting into the BCS Championship game. They need to win against a very good Pitt team, for Texas to fall to Nebraska and for the BCS to vault them over #4 TCU. Brian Kelly, who's name has been rumored for the Notre Dame head coaching job among others, has taken Cincinnati from a mediocre Big East program to a contender, will lead his team against a tough foe in Pitt at Heinz Field. I think Pike will be the difference in a close game. Final Score: 24-21 Cincy

#12 Georgia Tech vs #25 Clemson: The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets and the Clemson Tigers clash in what should be a very entertaining ACC Championship game. Both teams are looking to bounce back after being dominated by their SEC in-state rivals this past week. The winner gets a trip to a BCS bowl. Look for GT to edge Clemson. Final score:31-28

New Mexico State vs #6 Boise State: The Broncos are looking for a chance to play in a BCS Bowl game as a team from a non-BCS conference. They have no shot at getting into the Championshp game, but still have a shot at a BCS Bowl. They need to win big against New Mexico State and should do so. Final Score:56-17 Boise State

#13 Oregon State vs #7 Oregon: This is the first time in the history of the rivalry known as the 'Civil War' that the winner will take the Pac-10 Championship and a trip to the Rose Bowl. The Beavers are looking for payback after last year's 65-38 loss to the Ducks which prevented them from going to the Rose Bowl last season. The game is in Eugene, and that should provide an edge to the Ducks. Look for a high scoring game with Oregon coming up on top. Final score:45-38 Oregon.

Others: Cal over Washington, Arizona over USC, Houston over ECU, West Virginia over Rutgers, USF over UConn, Illinois over Fresno State, Wiscy over Hawaii, Ohio over Central Michigan, FAU over FIU, West Kentucky over Ark State.

Heisman: Colt McCoy

Army vs Navy (Dec 12): Navy
